Raise your hand if you love BBQ! Are you from around here, because we love anything in a sauce. Here’s my take on a BBQ Slider. Even better you throw everything in a crock pot and all you need to do when you get home is shred it, plate it and eat it.
My family eats a lot of chicken. It is cost effective, belly friendly and a great source of protein. Basically what the baby likes the baby gets, and she really likes these sliders. You could definitely sub in a pork butt or turkey breast if you prefer.
What Do You Need:
- 1 lb Of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (or more)
- 1 Bottle of your favorite BBQ Sauce (Sweet Baby Ray’s is ours)
- 1/4 Cup White Clover Honey
- 1 Heaping Tablespoon of ACV
- 1 Tablespoon Flavor God Spicy Everything Seasoning
- A few shakes of Minced Onion
- Salt and Pepper
- To Serve:
- Hawaiian Rolls
- Southern Cole Slaw
- To Serve:
Grease your Crock Pot butter or oil of your choice. Add in Apple Cider Vinegar and seasonings to the bottom of your Crock Pot. Place chicken breast in the pot and toss to coat. Top with Honey and bottled BBQ Sauce.
Cook on low 7-8 hours.
Shred your Chicken (with your Hand Mixer), if there is still a lot of liquid leave the lid off of your Crock Pot and allow to cook for an additional 30 minutes.
Make sandwiches, and watch your family devour these babies.
