I have been in a slump and I cannot lie, you other mother’s can’t deny. When a kid walks in with Dance and Swim, and all the laundry to do, I.. CAN’T… COOK. Okay I can, I totally can!
Here’s what I meal prepped for the week!
What Do You Need:
- Salmon Filet
- 1 Tablespoon of Honey
- 2 Teaspoons Garlic Lovers Seasoning from Flavor God
- 1 Tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon of Light Soy Sauce
- Broccoli Florets
Pre-heat your Oven to 375.
Slice Mushrooms and ready the Broccoli, toss in EVOO and S&P. Set aside.
Lay a sheet pan with aluminum foil. Spray with oil, Canola is what I used! Then add your Broccoli, Mushrooms and Salmon filet.
Sprinkle a little EVOO on your Salmon and swirl it around.
In a small bowl combine Honey, Balsamic Vinegar, Light Soy Sauce, Garlic Lovers Seasoning. Mix well, and coat Salmon!
Pour any left over sauce onto Mushrooms.
Bake for 20 Minutes, allow to cool before adding to meal prep containers. NOM NOM.
